Governance

ISAN operates according to its Bylaws. Regular meetings are held at least once per year.

The Board of Directors is elected by voting members at the annual meeting and serves for terms of no less than one year.

The Board consists of up to twelve members, with regional representation from:

Europe–Middle East–Africa (EMEA): up to 3 members
Americas: up to 3 members
Asia–Pacific: up to 3 members

Three additional Board members are former ISFNF conference chairs (or their nominees). No country, organization, or company may be represented by more than one Board member.
